- About Quotigo
Quotigo is an online platform that provides AI-generated cost estimates for home and property-related work, based on user-inputted descriptions and industry assumptions. It is intended to assist in preliminary budgeting and scoping, but is not a substitute for a professional quote or site survey.

To use Quotigo, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria.

- Scope of the Service
3.1 For Customers
• Customers may use the platform to generate free, AI-generated estimates based on job descriptions and answers to clarifying questions.
• Estimates are indicative and non-binding. They are not formal quotations and do not constitute a contract or agreement to perform work.
• Customers are responsible for verifying all estimates directly with a qualified tradesperson.
3.2 For Trades Professionals (Pro Users)
• Pro Users can generate up to five free estimates after creating an account.
• Upgrading to Pro+ allows unlimited usage, subject to a monthly fee.
• Estimates generated may be used as a basis for client quotes, but you agree to verify accuracy before presenting any price or scope to a customer.

- AI Limitations and Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, all estimates are generated by artificial intelligence based on assumptions, standard rates, and limited user input. You acknowledge that:
• The AI cannot account for unknown site-specific variables.
• Quotigo does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any estimate.
• You must not treat the estimate as a final quote for legal or contractual purposes.
We accept no liability for costs incurred or decisions made based on the information generated by the AI.

- Pro+ Subscription Plan
5.1 Pricing
• The Pro+ plan is charged at £4.99 per month, including VAT (if applicable).
• This plan includes unlimited estimate generation during the subscription period.
5.2 Billing & Renewal
• Payment is made in advance via a third-party payment processor.
• Subscriptions renew automatically every month unless cancelled.
5.3 Cancellation & Refunds
• You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard.
• Cancellation prevents further billing but does not refund the current billing cycle.
• Refunds will not be issued for unused time or estimates.

- Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Site or Service:
• To generate spam, fake, misleading or fraudulent estimates
• To scrape, mine, or reverse-engineer the AI model
• To resell or redistribute estimates without written consent
• To infringe upon the intellectual property of others
• To harass, abuse, or impersonate any person or entity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users found to be in breach of these conditions.
